In an increasingly competitive environment, CBH is committed to ensuring grain growers, marketers, exporters and domestic customers have access to the most efficient and cost-effective grain supply chain in Western Australia.
To use these services, you must be a registered customer of CBH.
Bulk Export services
CBH has four bulk grain export ports across Western Australia and we are committed to providing access to all customers. Our Port Terminal Rules and the Port Terminal Services Agreement outlines how to obtain access to our port terminal.

Storage and handling services
CBH offers a range of storage and handling services for growers and exporters including Integrated, Site Select and Direct.

Domestic outturn services
Domestic outturn services for customers and end-users in Western Australia are available at selected CBH sites.
CBH aims to provide access to grain for domestic outturns, provided adequate notice has been given. Transport services are also available with freight quotes available on request.

Container Loading
CBH provides container loading services at our Metro Grain Centre (MGC) facility in Perth.
Our container services include:
- Pick up and transfer of containers from a nominated container depot to MGC
- Loading of customers grain in store at MGC
- Full sampling and AQIS inspections
- Supply and fit of standard bulk boards
- Transport of loaded container to nominated container terminal
How to book a container
MGC follows a weekly planning cycle, with each week beginning on Sunday and ending on the next Saturday.
Once a Container Loading Services Loading Services Agreement is completed, container capacity is booked and managed online on our Container Capacity platform PortQ.

Shipping and chartering services
CBH offers shipping freight services to customers who would like to benefit from our significant volume. We offer a unique, integrated supply chain from grower to customer with reliable, flexible and professional shipping services.
We can charter handysize to post-Panamax vessel shipments from Australia, US, Canada, South America and Europe to key grain markets in the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

Grain Samples
Exporters can obtain grain samples as part of their Grain Services Agreement.
To request a sample, set up a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Australian Grains Centre laboratory online through LoadNet for Marketers.
Agreements must be in place prior to the start of harvest to ensure adequate samples are collected during harvest.
