Register or update your vehicles

All trucks delivering, outloading and outturning grain to and from CBH sites must be registered to ensure that they comply with Federal Chain of Responsibility laws, this also allows participation in the Harvest Mass Management Scheme (HMMS).

Vehicle condition

Grain vehicles must be licensed, roadworthy and have a clean bin prior to loading grain for delivery. High pressure cleaning is recommended if the bin has contained any non-grain material or contaminated grain.

Heavy Vehicle Management, compliance and enforcement

Based on the Federal Chain of Responsibility model, Western Australian law significantly increases the legal liability of all parties in the grain supply chain. This includes CBH in respect to breaches of the law regarding mass (overloading), load restraint and vehicle dimensions. Please be aware of your responsibilities and accountabilities under the Chain of Responsibility legislation and the mass management schemes.
