Load corrections
Changing the details of a delivered load can be a costly and time-consuming exercise. Errors can be prevented by ensuring delivery information is checked prior to leaving the receival point.
It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery details on the CDF are correct.
Where load errors have been found, you need to complete a Load Correction Request via LoadNet as soon as possible and before load nomination. Go to Loads > Load Correction then select Declaration of Legal Ownership, (to switch delivery title) or Change Load Details.
If you nominate incorrectly, you must obtain approval from the marketer prior to CBH cancelling or changing the nomination. Go to Loads > Load Correction then select Load Nomination Corrections.
