The CBH Group’s 2021 Annual Report outlines our financial and operational performance for the year ending 30 September 2021.
This year we reported a strong surplus of $133.8 million driven by strong global demand for grain and an above average 2020/21 harvest.
Together we overcame supply chain challenges, volatility in global grain markets, natural disasters and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.
We secured new markets for WA grain, hired 2,000 harvest employees and saw our fertiliser sales increase 47 per cent.
We sold 1.2 million tonnes of sustainably certified grain, invested $1.6 million in our regional communities and delivered a major network investment program of $254.2 million.
We received an above average 15.1 million tonne crop, saw 96 per cent of tonnes delivered through the CDF app and then undertook the huge effort of preparing for a record harvest.
