Refreshed LoadNet ready for harvest

13/10/2026

A refreshed version of LoadNet is almost here, allowing growers to find information and complete common tasks faster.

Key highlights

  • Faster, simpler navigation with quick access to key tasks and information.
  • Customisable load reporting with powerful filters and saved views.
  • Grain allocation in one place, including nominations, transfers and outturn requests.
  • Clearer finance, operations and truck information to support faster decisions.
  • The Grower Service Centre team can step you through the new layout - call the GSC on 1800 199 083.

Faster access to what matters most

The new dashboard provides quick links to commonly used functions, including Pricing & Contracting and the Alert Hub. Filtered Transacted and Delivered views help growers quickly find information relevant to their business.

More powerful load reporting

The redesigned Load Report lets growers filter delivery data by commodity, variety, site and other details to better analyse grain movements and performance.

Growers can save customised views, such as deliveries by variety or activity at a specific site, and return to them at any time.

Improved visibility across Operations

Operational task statuses are now clearer.

  • Quality Optimisation scenarios show whether they are completed or cancelled.
  • Truck Overloads show outcomes, including rejected, forfeited and no-delivery statuses.

Grain allocation made simpler

Key grain management functions are now together in the renamed Grain Allocation section.

  • Growers can now manage nominations, transfers and site outturn requests in one place.
  • Growers can view allocation status, available grain balances and Pre-Pay Advantage (PPA) reservations when creating nominations.
  • Improved filters make grain easier to find, while safeguards prevent nominated grain from being selected again.

Enhanced finance and record-keeping tools

The refreshed Grower Finance section clearly shows approved tonnes, interest rates, balances and available capacity.

Simpler Paperwork filters also make records easier to find.

Smarter truck management

The Vehicles section is now called Trucks and includes:

  • Alerts when truck permits are due to expire.
  • Exportable truck information for reporting.
  • A Change of Ownership process to transfer truck registrations between CBH accounts without duplicate records.

Easier planning and account management

Crop Estimates are now accessed through Properties in Paddock Planner.

Permissions is now Access Management, clearly showing which Grain Marketers and Consultants can access an account and allowing growers to manage that access.

Built with growers in mind

Simpler navigation, clearer information and grouped functions create a more intuitive LoadNet experience, giving growers more time to focus on their business.

LoadNet will continue to evolve, and feedback and ideas are welcome as CBH works to make grain management easier, faster and more transparent.
