Changes to Pool Finalisation Dates

Pool Management has decided to adjust some of the payment timing and finalisation for the following pools:

2022/23 Lupins Deferred Sales Pool

The Lupins Deferred Sales Pool was originally scheduled to finalise in July 2024. However, due to the slower than anticipated execution of sales, the decision has been made to extend the finalisation of the pool until November 2024 to ensure that we capture the true value of the pool.

To minimise the impact on cashflow, a payment will be made in July, taking payments up to 95 per cent of the pool equity. The remaining 5 per cent will be made at the finalisation of the pool in November 2024.

2023/24 Canola Flexi Pool

The 2023/24 Canola Flexi Pool was also originally scheduled to finalise in July 2024. However, also due to slower than expected execution of sales contracts, we have decided to move the finalisation of the Canola Flexi Pool to August 2024.

To minimise the cashflow impact, a payment will be made in July, taking payment up to 95 per cent of pool equity. The remaining 5 per cent will be paid at the finalisation of the pool in August 2024.

2023/24 Oats Harvest Pool

The 2023/24 Oats Harvest Pool sales program has progressed well and the execution of sales will be completed earlier than expected. As a result, we are moving the finalisation of the 2023/24 Oats Harvest Pool forward to September 2024, with all final payments being made at this time.
