This event is a great opportunity for grower members who want to learn more about CBH’s governance or have thought about running for election as a CBH Member Director in the future.

In collaboration with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), this two-hour session will cover:
- Duties and responsibilities of directors – gain insights into the crucial roles and obligations of CBH directors.
- Role and function of the CBH Board – understand the Board’s purpose and how it contributes to the co-operative’s success.
- Corporate governance practices – explore best practices in corporate governance and their application at CBH.
- Qualities of effective member directors – learn about the attributes that make a successful CBH Member Director.
- CBH Member Director election process – get an overview of the election process and how you can participate.
After the session, we invite you to join us for a sundowner where you can engage with the CBH Board and Executive team, ask questions, share insights and connect with fellow growers.
