FREE Mental Health First Aid Course
Learn skills and gain confidence to support family and friends experiencing mental health challenges.
Mental health first aid is the help provided to a person who is developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of a mental health problem, or is in a mental health crisis.
Together with the Mental Illness Fellowship of WA (MIFWA), Wagin CRC and the CBH Mental Health Program, this FREE workshop will cover topics such as: anxiety, depression, psychosis and substance use problems, as well as suicide and other mental health crises
When: 9:00am - 4:00pm, 25 & 26 August 2022

On completion of the post-course assessment, participants will be accredited as a Mental Health First Aider for three years.
