With seeding drawing to a close its time for growers to get us their estimates

The annual call for crop estimates signals the commencement of harvest preparations for CBH, with the information underpinning a broad range of harvest planning decisions, including offering growers the right services at the right sites that aim to match the crops being grown in their local area.

We encourage growers to use Paddock Planner to submit crop estimates as it helps us better match services and segregations and provides a clearer picture of where investment is needed in the network. 

Estimates are particularly important this season given that we are coming off the back of our largest harvest ever, and with an expected large carryover. 

The information gathered from Paddock Planner assists us to store and move grain to customers efficiently. It’s also more than crop estimates collection tool – it’s a complementary farm management tool that takes your estimates through to delivery via the CDF app when delivering to site and provides insights as you harvest through My Dashboard.

Growers who submit their crop estimates via Paddock Planner before 31 July and be in the draw to win an accommodation voucher valued at $1000 plus $500 donated to a charity or community group of their choice.
