2026 CBH Grower Study Tour Expressions of Interest open
For more than two decades, CBH Marketing & Trading has given WA growers the chance to step behind the scenes of the global grain industry through its annual international tours providing valuable insights including on how our grain is used overseas, understanding customer needs, and building valuable connections along the supply chain.
Chief Marketing & Trading Officer Paul Smith said the Philippines and Thailand were strategically significant markets for Australian grain and exciting destinations for this year’s tour.
“Our Grower Study Tours provide growers a once in a lifetime opportunity to see how WA grain fits into key South-East Asian markets,” Mr Smith said.
“From visiting ports and processing facilities, to meeting CBH customers face-to-face, the tours offers an inside look at the supply chain in action across the regions.”
Past Grower Study Tours have taken WA grain growers to major export markets including China, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia and Vietnam.
“These tours are a great way to strengthen relationships between growers, CBH and our customers,” Mr Smith said.
“We saw some fantastic connections form on last year’s tour to China, and it was great to see many of those growers reconnect at the recent Member Forum, AGM and Sundowner.
“CBH is proud to part-fund Grower Study Tours as part of its commitment to members.”
Growers interested in taking part in the 2026 CBH Grower Study Tour should speak with their local Business Relationship Manager.
Expressions of interest close 30 April 2026.
In light of the current situation in the Middle East and potential impacts, we are monitoring travel advice and developments. For now, planning for the Grower Study Tour will proceed as normal, and we will share further updates should there be any changes.
