Rod Madden provides confidentiality undertaking

The CBH Group’s court proceedings against Rod Madden regarding confidentiality breaches have today been finalised by agreement. 

Mr Madden has provided an undertaking to the court that he will comply with his confidentiality obligations.

Mr Madden also agreed to pay a significant amount to CBH for its legal costs.

CBH expects all Directors and employees of the Co-operative to conduct themselves professionally and to maintain the highest possible standards, and breaches of confidentiality will not be tolerated. 

CBH will make no further comment on this matter.
