Nominations close for 2021 CBH Member Director Elections

Following the closure of nominations for the 2021 CBH Group Member Director Elections today, the Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) has advised that there are two nominations for Member Director Elections this year.

CBH Deputy Chair Natalie Browning (District 3) and Chair Simon Stead (District 5), whose current three-year terms will expire on 25 February 2021, have been re-elected unopposed.

The formal re-appointment of Ms Browning and Mr Stead will take place at the CBH Group Annual General Meeting on Thursday 25 February 2021 in Perth at Optus Stadium.

CBH invites all CBH members and other members of their farm business to attend the AGM.
