Crown Perth will once again play host to our biggest event of the year. With comfortable, five-star conference facilities and a magical riverfront setting for the evening's Sundowner celebration, it's the perfect location. There is plenty of free parking and easy access to ride-share services, or enjoy a discounted stay in one of Crown's three hotels onsite.

The Member Forum includes an engaging panel session with all members of CBH’s Executive team. Ask your questions about the co-op’s strategy, project priorities and other key topics of interest to you. The session will be facilitated by CBH Chair, Simon Stead on behalf of growers. Submit your questions in advance or ask them live on the day.

CBH members will have received a proxy form and Notice of Meeting. If attending the AGM in person, please present your proxy form at the registration desk. Electronic voting via mobile devices and traditional voting cards will be available. If unable to attend the AGM in person, you can view the meeting live, vote in real time and ask questions online.

As the sun goes down, take in breathtaking views of Perth's city night lights from the banks of the Swan River on The Great Lawn at Crown. Relax, indulge and catch up with fellow growers, our community and industry partners, and the CBH team. Let's celebrate our record harvest milestone!

An abundant selection of deluxe, cocktail-style cuisine will be served as you mix and mingle at our Sundowner. Enjoy roaming tray service throughout the event. Gluten-free and vegetarian dietary needs can be accommodated - please indicate any special requirements when you RSVP.

A quality selection of beer, wine, sparkling wine and soft drinks will be served complimentary at our Sundowner for your enjoyment. Enjoy tray and bar service with beverages from renowned local wineries and brewers. Please drink responsibly and pre-arrange any transport required.

Taste beautifully crafted breads from Wild Bakery, baked with WA‑grown wheat. Discover how our grain underpins their award‑winning loaves, with delicious samples available throughout the evening. Be quick and you might take some home with you!

Once again, we are offering a free childminding service to help guests with young families. Available between 1pm and 9.30pm, the service is provided by Cherished Cherubs at Crown. Make an enquiry and register as soon as possible to secure your place.
