Harvest Launched on the Terrace

11/10/2021

We had a fantastic turnout of grain industry representatives and partners at the CBH Photo Awards this week.

The event launched our annual photo exhibition on the ground floor of CBH’s Head Office at 240 St Georges Terrace in Perth and saw lots of Terrace based organisations and their employees join us to mark the start of harvest.

The exhibition and event aims to play a role in bridging the regional-metro gap through showcasing our amazing regions through the eyes of regional people, while acknowledging the commencement of harvest and what that means for regional WA.

Speaking at the event were Brianna Peake, Chief External Relations Officer, Natalie Browning, Deputy Chair, and the Hon Alannah MacTiernan MLC, Minister for Regional Development, Agriculture and Food.

Prizes were awarded to the winners of our annual photo competition, including Amanda Stewart, winner of the Best Photograph for her photo, ‘Sharing a Joke’.

Amanda won a $1,500 accommodation voucher plus $1,000 to a charity or community group of her choice – and she selected the Newdegate P&C.
