EPR updates across 2025-26 pools
The Structured Commodity Products team has completed its latest review of Estimated Pool Returns (EPRs) for the 2025/26 Harvest and Deferred Sales Pools.
These updates reflect current market conditions, currency movements, and revised sales forecasts. Below is a summary of the key changes.
2025/26 Wheat Harvest Pool – Decreased by A$2
The Wheat Harvest Pool EPR has decreased slightly, primarily due to the stronger Australian dollar (AUD). Grade spread changes have also been applied, reflecting firmer feed wheat values and a reduced premium for noodle wheat.
2025/26 Wheat Deferred Sales Pool – Increased by A$10
The Wheat Deferred Sales Pool EPR has increased. While this pool has not yet made sales, updated grade spreads and revised sales forecasts have been incorporated to better reflect expected market values.
2025/26 Canola Harvest Pool – Increased by A$10
The Canola Harvest Pool EPR has lifted following strong recent sales and the market is offering improved values for canola which impacts the unsold portion.
2025/26 Lupins Harvest Pool – Decreased by A$15
The Lupins Harvest Pool EPR has decreased, reflecting the impact of a stronger AUD and a reduction in the expected achievable sales values over the future pool sales profile. The Geraldton Zone to Kwinana Zone spread has also been reduced by A$10.
2025/26 Lupins Deferred Sales Pool – Decreased by A$17
The Lupins Deferred Sales Pool has yet to commence sales, and the EPR has decreased to account for the stronger AUD, updated forecast sales values, and adjusted sales timing. The Geraldton Zone to Kwinana Zone spread has also been reduced by A$10.
2025/26 Oats Harvest Pool – Increased by A$5
The Oats Harvest Pool EPR has increased to reflect improved forecast values. Supportive bulk sales from Albany have also contributed to narrowing the Kwinana Zone to Albany Zone spread by A$10.
2025/26 Oats Deferred Sales Pool – Increased by A$5
The Oats Deferred Sales Pool EPR has risen. Although sales have not yet commenced, updated forecasts have been applied to align the EPR with expected future values.For more information, please refer to the Pool Calculator or Pool Payment Estimator.
