The Growing Leaders Scholarship Program is part of our ongoing commitment to build leadership capacity within our regional communities and build a pool of growers ready to take on leadership positions in the grain industry, and even at CBH.
Now in its fifth consecutive year, the program is delivered in partnership with the Grower Group Alliance (GGA) and Leadership WA.
Each year, we sponsor two successful applicants of the Growing Leaders Scholarship Program to take part in Leadership WA’s 10-month Signature Leadership course, which is valued at up to $15,500 each.
The scholarship is open to anyone involved in or aligned with a grain growing enterprise in WA, who has demonstrated grower group and community involvement.
Leadership WA's Signature course provides participants with an insight into current and future issues affecting WA while building on their leadership skills including self-awareness, accountability, reflection, resilience and collaboration within and between industries.
If you’re interested in finding out more, please head to the Growing Leaders Scholarship page on the GGA website or contact the GGA on (08) 6180 5759.
