Marketing & Trading

CBH M&T is one of Australia’s largest grain exporters delivering Australian grain to more than 200 customers in 30 countries around the world.

The M&T team covers a wide range of functions, services and products including:

  • Accumulations
  • Marketing & Trading
  • Chartering & Shipping
  • Pools
  • CBH fertiliser
  • Financial products
  • Trade compliance
  • Sustainable markets

Project Delivery Group

CBH PDG is responsible for delivering capital projects and sustaining works to our network.

The PDG team covers a wide range of areas including:

  • Major projects
  • Engineering & design
  • Sustaining works
  • Project services

Core functions

To support the business, we have a range of core functions including Stakeholder Relations, Sustainability and Strategy, People & Culture, Finance, Legal & Risk and Information Technology.

Stakeholder Relations, Sustainability and Strategy

Manage CBH’s reputation with external stakeholders, provide branding and marketing support and manage the Community Investment Fund.

People & Culture

P&C support the business with services for human resources, training and development and payroll.


Oversee financial management across the entire Group as well as business strategy and development.

Legal & Risk

Ensure all CBH activities comply with regulations and legislation.

Information Technology

Provides IT operations, services and support to the organisation.

CBH has a strong and proud history of serving WA growers since 1933.

Our Strategy embraces our core businesses and sets out our next chapter of history as we approach our centenary in 2033.

We’ve set realistic targets to sustainably create and return value to WA growers, both current and future.

The Strategy has been built to drive the co-operative forward with new Strategic Objectives but doesn’t deviate from our core businesses: Fertiliser, Operations and Marketing & Trading.
