Why choose the CBH graduate program?

At CBH, we’re proud to support WA growers and help feed the world. As a graduate, you’ll be part of Australia’s largest co‑operative and one of the country’s most important export supply chains.

Graduates join CBH because they want room to grow personally and professionally, while doing work that matters.

  • Meaningful work
From day one, graduates contribute to real projects, decisions and improvements to our supply chain.
  • Experience across CBH
Graduates gain broad exposure across our supply chain, working with multiple teams in different sites and regions.
  • Connect with WA growers
Spend time in regional operations and understand the heart of our co‑operative.
  • Succeed with support
You'll have a dedicated mentor, regular check-ins with People & Culture, and ongoing development opportunities.
  • Pathway to your future
On completion, graduates may step into ongoing roles (subject to business requirements).
  • Values-driven culture
Work in a co‑op that prioritises safety, sustainability, innovation and putting our growers first.
