Ben MacnamaraActing Chief Executive Officer
Ben commenced as Acting Chief Executive Officer in July 2021. Previously, he was Chief Operations Officer from February 2019 where he was responsible for leading CBH's world-class storage and handling, logistics, engineering and shipping services. Ben's focus is on delivering an efficient, sustainable and cost-effective supply chain for Western Australian growers.
Ben joined CBH in 2014, serving as Commercial and Business Development Manager. Prior to his current role, Ben held the position of General Manager Planning, Strategy and Development.
Before joining CBH, Ben worked for an investment advisory firm and an international professional services firm. Ben is a member of the Institute of Charter Accountants Australia.
Nelson AylmoreActing Chief Financial Officer
Nelson joined CBH in 2016 as Strategy and Development Manager, before becoming Head of Strategy and Planning. He was appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer in September 2021. Prior to joining CBH, Nelson worked in funds management, banking and professional services firms both locally and internationally.
Nelson brings over 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting roles across agriculture, commodities and asset intensive industries, and is a member of the Institute of Charter Accountants Australia.
Mick DawActing Chief Operations OfficerMick was appointed Acting Chief Operations Officer in July 2021 and is responsible for leading CBH's world-class storage and handling, logistics, engineering and shipping services. He was previously the Esperance Zone General Manager.
Jason CraigChief Marketing and Trading Officer
Jason was appointed Chief Marketing and Trading Officer in April 2012 and is responsible for CBH's Marketing and Trading division.
Jason has vast experience in domestic and international grain markets, and customer relationships through his previous roles of President Director with PT Eastern Pearl Flour Mills and as a Trading Manager with the Grain Pool (now CBH Marketing and Trading).
Kelly McKenzieChief People Officer
Kelly was appointed Chief People Officer in 2017 and is responsible for human resources, employee relations, benefits and payroll, learning and organisational development and change management.
Kelly joined CBH in June 2009 first serving as Human Resources Advisor and then as Human Resources Manager. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Group Manager People and Performance. Kelly has over 20 years' experience in human resources and leadership roles supporting leaders to attract, retain and develop high performing employees.
Brianna PeakeChief External Relations Officer
Brianna was appointed Chief External Relations officer in 2015 and is responsible for Corporate Affairs, Government and Industry Relations and Grower Relations including the Grower Service Centre.
Brianna joined CBH in 2010 first serving as the Grower Service Centre Manager and then as a Marketing Communication Advisor. Prior to her current role, Brianna held the position of Government and Industry Relations Manager
Sam GliddonChief Project Delivery OfficerSam joined CBH in 2016 in the Commercial and Business Development team, before becoming Head of Network Planning in 2019. He was appointed as Chief Project Delivery Officer in October 2021. Prior to joining CBH, Sam worked in corporate finance and restructuring, treasury and professional services firms both locally and internationally.
Sam brings over 15 years’ experience in infrastructure planning, finance and accounting roles across agriculture, commodities and asset intensive industries, and is a member of the Institute of Charter Accountants Australia.
David WoolfeChief Legal, Risk and Governance Officer and Company Secretary
David joined CBH in 2003. As Chief Legal, Risk and Governance Officer and Company Secretary he is responsible for the company secretarial, corporate governance, risk and legal functions of the CBH Group.
David is a qualified lawyer and Chartered Secretary with over 30 years of corporate and commercial law experience as well as being a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Chartered Governance Institute and the Governance Institute of Australia
Tamour AzamChief Information Officer
Tam joined CBH as Chief Information Officer in December 2018, where he is responsible for leading the Information Technology division.
He has over 25 years’ experience working in the UK and Australia across multiple industries including manufacturing, technology, defence and retail. He has had previous roles with Bunnings Group, BAE SYSTEMS and the Oracle Corporation.
